mahala cannot read yet, but that does not stop her from making up a great story for her little brother who seems to appreciate it. too bad she noticed me-i wanted to see how that story would end!

mahala goes bowling
granted, there were bumpers on the bowling alley and it was only a 6 lb ball-but i thought this shot was pretty good. this is the first time mahala has gone bowling. she didn't think it was all that! she was distracted by the video games and other stuff at the bowling alley and was not a big fan of the shoes!

noble's co-op
this is noble's co-op here at our house on tuesday mornings. from the left: morgan, noble, sybille, and lola. and the caregiver that works everyday with each parent is sarah.

mahala is becoming quite the photographer-she usually likes to take photos of her 'stuff' like her bed, her blanket and her books, but this time she got me and noble.

good morning to you
graduation day for sunshine preschool was this past week. although mahala was not graduating, all the kids got to take part in the festivities, including singing and signing some great songs!

entertain us mahala
mahala goes to a sign language based preschool and one of the first things they do is make up a "name sign". they use their initial and then do something with that letter that pertains to them. so for mahala, since she is our little artist, does an "m" and makes it "draw"

noble's favorite sign
we're teaching noble some baby signs...and naturally "milk" is his favorite. we taught him to do it with one hand, but he uses two hands since he REALLY means it when he signs it.
