happy halloween!

halloween this year inspired by mahala wanting to be a monarch butterfly...and so i followed that up making noble a monarch caterpillar. we heading downtown for the parade and trick or treating at the businesses, then for trick or treating along the streets of the neighborhood and then finished off at a party at our friends' house.

petaluma pumpkin patch

the first graders went on a fieldtrip to petaluma to pick a pumpkin, dig for potatoes and see all of the farm animals.

fairfax town picnic

painting flags, painting a cardboard castle, watching silly races and contests and other fun at the fairfax town picnic!

new art "space"

although very small, our new art space is now made for bigger kids (like mahala and noble) with 2 standard size tables and a new supply cabinet. the space underneath the tables also act as hiding spots and nesting areas for their stuffed animals...

time with grandma and papa (and the new scooter!), birthday fun with emeline and beach fun with sophia and gabriella!
